About Us
Connection Avenue provides Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching to NDIS Participants with a compassionate and holistic approach, across the Wide Bay region. We are experienced in all aspects of intellectual, behavioural, physical and psychosocial disabilities to provide Level 2 and 3 Support Coordination.
