Stanthorpe Toastmasters

Stanthorpe Toastmasters provides a supportive learning environment for members to improve their public speaking skills and their general communication.

At Toastmasters you learn to improve your public speaking, how to write and construct a well-organised speech. We also have activities to improve your ability to improvise on the spot. All activities within the club are evaluated, so members receive constant, feedback, encouragement and constructive criticism on how to improve their speaking skills.

Toastmasters is also a great social group with extra and special events organised regularly. The Toastmasters Pathways learning platform also provides an introduction into development of leadership and other business kills such as effective coaching, presentation mastery, developing your humour and more.

Toastmasters also runs prestigious speech contests. Winners have the potential to compete on a world stage.

Learning to speak well, has a ripple effect into all forms of communication and will definitely build your self confidence.

Visitors are welcome for free. Once you decide to become a member, there is an bi-annual membership fee which gives you access to the Toastmasters learning platform.
