Adult Community Mental Health

Our Adult Community Mental Health teams provide assessment and treatment for people who are at risk or who have a serious mental illness with complex needs.

They also provide specialised care co-ordination/case management, education, specific treatment interventions and medical specialist follow-up with a recovery focus. They have strong linkages with psychosocial support services in the community who can provide additional support.
