Beyond the Spectrum is an organisation that has family values as a service delivery model. At Beyond the spectrum we work in partnership with participants, carers, and families at large. Our Mission is to promote INDEPENDENCE, INSPIRE DIVERSITY, INCLUSION, LAUGHTER At Beyond the Spectrum we aim to bring motivation, encouragement, and inclusion to allow a participant to embrace choice and control. We encourage our participants to try to overcome the limitations of any condition and lead as full a life as possible. The dedicated and professionally trained team at Beyond the Spectrum understand the different needs and focus our supports around the ability not the disability, and shape our supports around each individual to help the participant realise their potential. SERVICES WE OFFER Community Engagement, Group centre/activities, Behaviour Support, Plan Management, Early childhood support, Daily tasks/shared living, Training and Development of support teams, Support coordination, Counselling, Social and life skills, Social Work, Therapeutic supports, Positive Behaviour Support plans, Development for daily activities for supported individual living skills eg: (shopping, banking, budgeting, grooming, household tasks) Beyond the Spectrum is an NDIS registered provider and have fully qualified and professional staff. Our staff is experienced in working with both children and adults with specialised and complex needs, and have a passion for the work they do.
