K-equip are expert bicycle and tricycle fitters specialising in disability fittings. We provide a free fitting assessment service inlcuding a detailed riding skills assessment for clients who will be riding independently. We also offer the only known program in the world to teach children with disabilities to peddle, steer and brake so they can ride a regular bike and avoid the need for a modified bike. We supply over 50 interchangeable postural supports and components to enable any person to ride a bike. About a third of our clients are nonambluant with no leg movement. Our bikes and trikes are purpose-designed by international bicycle companies and we source only the best and most versatile products from around the world. All components are interchangeable on any frame so we are able to custom assemble a unique solution to suit the exact needs of every client. We pride ourselves on being able to achieve perfect positioning, movement and alignment with every client. You do not need a referral to book a fitting, if you have a Physio or OT we will make contact with them.
