Counselling

I am an accredited counsellor providing compassionate, non-judgmental support for children, adolescents and young adults (up to 30 years old). Counselling sessions at Growing Hope Counselling will help you to navigate challenges, empower you to find your own answers and ideas, develop new skills and strategies, make positive changes, and enhance your sense of self, to help you overcome any life challenge, build hope, create strong foundations for your future years, as well as your capacity to cope with more confidence and self-belief.

I prioritise working holistically as I understand and value that as humans we do not exist in this world alone, nor do we experience things in isolation from other stressors or people in our environment. I will focus your support on what's important to you and am happy to have individual, parent support, or family sessions to meet your therapeutic needs.

When receiving support you will be greeted with warmth, genuineness, and acceptance for who you are, what you are experiencing, and who you want to be. From this support it is hoped that you will be able to return to pursuing your dreams feeling hopeful for the future and can live with increased compassion for yourself.
