Counselling Empathy

Relationship counselling for couples and individuals both in-person and online. Specialised counselling in helping clients communicate their feelings and needs clearly, and to navigate conflict powerfully and empathically.

My name is Rebecca and I am a trauma-informed counsellor based in Perth, Western Australia. My background is in international aid and development and disability support. I am a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (membership no. 27808).

You can expect three things from me - 

• I am deeply empathetic in nature and will provide a peaceful and judgement-free space for you to be as messy as you need to be.

• I use a number of therapies including Schema Therapy and Attachment Theory to help you understand your behavioural patterns and their origins.

• I offer Nonviolent Communication skills as a way to better connect with yourself, discover your unmet needs, and narrate your inner world to others in ways they will hear.
