About Us
With a membership of over 3000 men and women, Prime Movers provide exercise for the active older adult. Over 60 classes are held each week in the metropolitan area and Mandurah area. Annual membership $20.00. Class fee for members $5.00 and visitors $6.00.
Please wear comfortable clothing and lace up joggers and bring a bottle of water.
