GAP Support is a WA based business with strong community values wrapped around a belief in community inclusion. Our vision is to support people with disability to be included in the communities in which they live. GAP Support is committed to providing quality support to people with disability and striving to enable greater community participation.

GAP Support will ensure that the right people are kept up to date and feedback is available (if required), to enhance plans as well as ensuring that people with    disabilities are kept up to date on the services they have had and are due to receive. GAP Support staff will continue to seek community based activities that will build capacity and enhance community participation.

GAP Support has developed an internal audit process to maintain regular health checks on our clients and staff so that we continue to provide the right supports, at the right times and in the right places.

GAP Support have staff available who have the right attitude and ethics to support people with disability. We will try to match our support staff to the needs of people with disability based on age, gender, cultural requirements and other needs.  

GAP Support staff are committed to creating and finding the best place for people to strive and flourish. We are also committed to assist people to get the most out of community involvement and supports.

If we are unable to provide the best service possible then we will link people to other providers, services and supports.

Daily Tasks/Shared Living

We can support you in paying bills or providing hands-on assistance with household activities including meal preparation cleaning and working your way around new technology like how to work the TV

Household Tasks

We can help with cleaning, gardening and helping to make sure your place is clean and tidy

Life Stage Transition

We can assist you if you need support in leaving home, getting that first job, or retiring from work

Personal Activities

We can support you with showering or bathing, dressing, grooming
