Grow Cook Eat Create

GCEC is a unique program for people of all abilities. Through inclusive,participatory and person-centred programming, participants have the opportunity to develop life skills including cooking, growing an edible and sensory garden, and fostering lasting friendships including social connections. Music and added dance sessions have been added to the program as well .
