Amity Health - Gingin

At Amity Health, we understand that living in country regions can make accessing allied health services and programs challenging. In Gingin we provide the following:

Integrated Primary Mental Health Care Program:  Amity Health offers mental health care services providing counselling to address emotional or behavioural challenges, anxiety, depression, stressful life events and any situation that may impact on mental well-being.

Integrated Chronic Disease Care Program:  We provide Care Coordination and allied health services to support clients to manage their health conditions. The program requires a GP referral and is for clients who have, or are at risk of developing, diabetes, heart disease, or respiratory disease.
