zero2hero exists to empower young people aged 7-18 to positively manage their own mental health and wellbeing, and support others. We provide mental health school programs, Camp programs and safeTALK suicide alertness training that educate, engage and empower young people to support and maintain their own mental health and prevent suicide in the community.

Preventative Mental Health School Workshops

Our Hero High programs are for Year 5-12 students, and each workshop educated and empowers young people to effectively manage their own mental health, while encouraging them to become mental health heroes in the community.

Camp Hero

We run various Camp programs for 7-18 year old's that embed tangible mental health skills for young people to better support themselves and their peers
