Amity Health - Bindoon

At Amity Health, we understand that living in country regions can make accessing allied health services and programs challenging. In Bindoon we provide the following:

Integrated Chronic Disease Care Program:  We provide Care Coordination and allied health services to support clients to manage their health conditions. The program requires a GP referral and is for clients who are disadvantaged or living in an area not adequately serviced.  It is for clients who are at risk of developing, diabetes, heart disease, or respiratory disease. 

Integrated Primary Mental Health Care Program:  Amity Health offers mental health care services providing counselling to address emotional or behavioural challenges, anxiety, depression, stressful life events and any situation that may impact on mental well-being.
