About Us
We are dedicated to supporting individuals who struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, and the overwhelming sense of being "out of control" around food. Our mission is to help you feel calm, confident, and in charge of your eating again—without relying on restriction, rules, or willpower.
Led by Malcolm Tang, Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Certified Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC), and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor (CIEC), our service offers compassionate, evidence-based care grounded in trauma-informed and non-diet principles. We support our clients through a food freedom approach—helping them rebuild trust in their body, break free from dieting patterns, and reconnect with intuitive eating.
Who We Support
We primarily support adults aged 25–40 who are:

Caught in the cycle of binge or emotional eating

Experiencing food guilt, body dissatisfaction, or "all-or-nothing" eating habit

Struggling with navigating foods and movement in a larger body size that is influenced by diet culture and weight stigma

Seeking a supportive and inclusive space to make peace with food and their body
Our services are weight-neutral, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and inclusive of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and identities. We work with people of all sizes and do not require clients to meet any weight, diagnosis, or referral criteria to begin.
