Risk Appetite

Lyndoch Living has low appetite for the threats to quality of care, safety and well-being for residents, clients and staff. It also has low tolerance of risk in terms of financial sustainability but will embrace commercial, innovation and community engagement opportunities that are consistent with fulfilling its vision and mission.

For the community

As a not-for-profit independent organisation Lyndoch Living has been shaped by our direct links with the community.  Historically, we can show that our growth as an organisation coincides with the requirements and expectations of the community we serve – the great South West of Victoria.

In recent years Lyndoch has broadened its scope of service, from Warrnambool aged care and retirement living, to embracing community-based and in-home services, for all ages and abilities within the community.

With offices located in Warrnambool, Hamilton and Terang, Lyndoch employs more than 400 staff and provides a diverse range of direct care and support services to over 3500 individual clients and residents.
