Community Nursing

Our Registered Nurse and trained support workers are qualified in supporting people with complex health needs.

- Complex Bowel Management

- Catheter Management (Urinary Catheter Care)

- Medication Administered by Subcutaneous injections

and other nursing needs.

Core Support

- Assistance with daily living (assistance with daily needs, household cleaning, yard maintenance)

- Assist Personal Activities High Needs

- Transport (assistance to travel to work, travel to your appointment or any place that helps you achieve your goal in your plan)

- Consumables (everyday items E.g. incontinence products, low cost assistive technology, mobility equipment to improve your independence)

- Social and Community Participation (assisting you in participating in social and community activities)

We service registered NDIS Participants 8-65 years of age.
