About Us
Perfect Care is a NDIS registered supported accommodation provider in the Southeast of Melbourne that holds over 25 years of experience supporting participants to achieve positive outcomes within short term (STA), medium term (MTA 90 days) and supported independent living (SIL). We are a registered NDIS, TAC and Work Cover provider.
Perfect Care utilizes a 4 tier Support Delivery team to enable participants and their care teams to actively collaborate and coordinate supports to meet individual participants direct support needs including behaviors of concern. With 24 / 7 rostered supports and On Call support after hours.
Our direct support team utilize Positive Behavior Supports to meet the individual needs of participants who demonstrate behaviours of concern that include self-harm / property damage / physical aggression / biting.
Perfect Care delivers complex daily care within it’s two devoted High Support houses where overhead hoisting / stoma care / catheter care / manual handling / modified diet delivery and management.
