Gippsport

GippSport is committed to providing ongoing direct support to over 1000 community sporting clubs in the Gippsland Region. We want to increase the capacity and capabilities of grassroots sporting clubs and to encourage healthy, inclusive and connected communities.

The objectives outlined in our Strategic Plan have five main pillars:

To achieve the objectives within our plan, GippSport will deliver the following programs across the Gippsland region:

• Regional Sport Program which is funded by VicHealth
• Together More Active Program which is funded by Sport and Recreation Victoria
• Deadly Gippsland which is funded by Department of Health and Human Services
• Latrobe StreetGames which is funded by Department of Health and Human Services
• Make Your Move Latrobe which is funded by Latrobe Health Assembly
• Good Sports which is funded by the Australian Drug Foundation
• Most Disciplined Player and Thank You Volunteer Programs
