You are invited to experience authentic Asia street food and cultures on the riverbank of River Torrens when a three-night-only street food festival rolls into the heart of Adelaide city this December. As the proud organiser of this truly unique, exciting event, Asia Oasis is bringing a huge line-up of amazing street food stalls featured by Bali Huts to complete the authentic Asia Street Food experience you’ve been waiting for.

‘Asia Street Food Festival’ will celebrate the exuberant cultural diversity of Adelaide through food, cultural performances, workshops, and fun competitions from 16 to 18 December 2022 at Pinky Flat in North Adelaide (opposite Adelaide Oval). This is an event for all ages where you can experience the following:

1. Authentic Asian street food

More than 20 food stalls, including Filipino, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Sri Lankan, Indian, Malaysian, Singaporean, Taiwanese, Hong Kong, Chinese, Uyghur, Balinese and much more.

1. A piece of Asia

Thoughtfully decorated by Bali huts and Hoi An’s lanterns throughout the entire park site and the Torrens Footbridge, which will make you feel just like you are in Asia.

1. Free Exotic Fruit Tasting

Fun and entertaining. Open your mind, senses, and palates to a whirlwind of tropical flavours.

1. Cultural activities

Learn, laugh, and play. We walk you through the world of Asia by arts and crafts, traditional games, cooking traditional family meals and much more. A perfect program in the Cultural Hut for the whole family.

See, hear, feel, and appreciate the rich cultural diversity of Asia, from traditional performing arts to modern Asian music.

This is a one-of-a-kind festival for Adelaideans to experience authentic Asia Street Food without leaving the state. We pay a particular emphasis on the level of attention to detail that every vendor is carefully picked after our tasting session as part of the selection process.

It is a FREE ENTRY event. However, online registration is required to ensure a pleasant, safe experience for planning and capacity management purposes.
