1. Support Coordination
   We assist participants in navigating the NDIS system, coordinating services and supports, and ensuring they access the resources they need to meet their goals. Our Support Coordinators provide ongoing guidance and advocacy to ensure that participants receive the right support.

2. Daily Tasks/Shared Living
   We offer tailored support for daily living tasks, whether at home or in a shared living environment. Our team helps with personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, and other activities to enable individuals to live as independently as possible.

3. Accommodation/Tenancy Support
   We provide assistance in securing and maintaining safe, comfortable housing. Our support includes tenancy coordination, budgeting advice, and connecting individuals with accommodation options suited to their needs.

4. Assist Access/Maintain Employment
   For those seeking to enter or maintain employment, we offer tailored job support, including assistance with interview preparation, skill development, and workplace adjustments to ensure participants have the tools to thrive in their careers.

5. Assist Personal Activities
   We support participants with personal care and daily routines, including help with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility assistance. Our aim is to promote dignity and independence in personal activities, while also ensuring safety and comfort.

6. Assist Travel/Transport
   We offer assistance with travel and transport, ensuring that participants can access the community, attend appointments, or engage in activities outside the home. Our team provides support for safe travel, whether via public transport, taxis, or private vehicles.

7. Participate in the Community
   We empower participants to take an active role in their communities by facilitating social and recreational activities. Our service encourages participation in local events, volunteering, education, and other community engagements that promote social inclusion.

8. Household Tasks
   From cleaning to laundry and shopping, we offer help with household chores to ensure a comfortable, safe living environment. Our services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each participant.

• Eligibility: Our services are available to NDIS participants who are eligible under the NDIS funding categories.

• Restrictions: We work with adults aged 18 and over.
