Flexible Family Support Program Any family with a child with a disability, that are successful in receiving funding, has the right to access for Flexible Family Support. Access to the service is dependent on relative need and available resources. Family support is available for families with children with  disabilities who have high and complex support needs; who
? Have a disability, as defined under the Queensland Disability Services Act 2006, who requires support due to a substantial reduction of their capacity for communication, social interaction, learning or mobility. This can be of an episodic nature
? Are aged between 0-18 years; and
? Living with their natural or adoptive family
? Supports are individualised and provided in a flexible,  responsive family centred manner. This program is funded by Disability Services Qld through discretionary block  funding and individualised funding.

Individualised Support Personalised support is provided to individuals who have a disability as defined under the Disability Services Act (2006) and have received individualized funding through Disability Services Queensland.
