Fortify Health Kids

Fortify Health Kids offers NDIS, Medicare, Private Health and Fee for Service paediatric therapeutic services within our Springwood Centre and community.

With over 40 years of experience, we can support participants with NDIS plans that are Agency-, Plan- or Self-Managed.

We support children from birth to 18 years.

Specialist Paediatric Services for Children:

Occupational Therapy

• Our focus is on delivering personalised care in a respectful and supportive environment, helping you cultivate resilience and foster a stronger sense of well-being.

Psychology

• Our compassionate psychologists are experienced in providing a diverse range of therapeutic strategies including other evidence-based interventions.

Social Work

• Our team of compassionate social workers helps address emotional, behavioural, and social concerns, providing guidance and tailored interventions to enhance well-being.

Physiotherapy

• Our experienced physiotherapists can assist with managing a variety of conditions such as musculoskeletal disorders, improving or maintaining mobility, and neurological conditions.

Counselling

• Our experienced physiotherapists can assist with managing a variety of conditions such as musculoskeletal disorders, improving or maintaining mobility, and neurological conditions.

Other Services for children

Personal Care (Including High Intensity) 

• We prioritise personal well-being by providing compassionate and individualised personal care. Our dedicated caregivers assist with a range of personal hygiene and grooming activities.

Disability Related Health Supports

• Specialised care for individuals with complex health needs, including medication management, wound care, complex medical equipment use, like PEG or stoma care, and continence support.

Assistance with Daily Life

• Our nurses provide a range of nurse-led daily living supports for NDIS and NISSQ participants at home or in the community, promoting health, independence, and well-being.

Community Access

• We provide support to ensure individuals can participate in activities that align with personal goals and interests, including timely transportation to appointments and events.

Nursing Assessments

• Fortify Health Care Services are able to provide a range of clinical nursing assessments, including continence and CHAPS assessments.

Support Coordination

• We understand that ‘building capacity’ can look very different from one person to another depending on so many things; your age, gender, cultural background, language, individual needs and disability.
