About Us

The Currumbin Community Farm School caters for mildly and moderately handicapped youths aged between 5 - 18 years. They offer academic, home craft, manual arts plus specialist courses in marine studies, boating, fishing and surfing, restaurant and hospitality. Students operate a restaurant that is open to the public every Wednesday. Daily living skills courses offered and adventure camps are also held. Currumbin Community Farm School also owns a farm in Currumbin Valley where students can enhance and prepare for their working lives in horticulture, agriculture, animal husbandry and machinery maintenance. Special students from Special Education classes established at High Schools and other Special Schools can access the farm, its facilities and programs.
