Multicultural Australia’s Workforce Solutions team is committed to helping new Queenslanders find employment that allows them to achieve long-term economic independence. We are specialists in assisting refugee and migrant jobseekers get ready for work in Australia through a range of programs and services. We have a proven track record of successfully linking diverse jobseekers with employers, especially in high-growth industries that experience skills shortages.

Multicultural Australia also recognises that people working with refugees need knowledge and skills distinct from and additional to that needed for other client groups. There are now three new units in the National Training Framework: Working with Refugees (CHCSW401A: Work Effectively with Forced Migrants), Bicultural Work with Refugees (CHCSW402B: Undertake Bicultural Work with Forced Migrants in Australia) and Working with Youth Refugees (CHCYTH001: Engage Respectfully with Young People).
