Digital Technology Education

Sean FitzGerald is a digital skills tutor specialising in empowering people who find technology challenging. He has decades of experience as a technology educator and over 8 years of teaching people with disabilities and mental health challenges, as well as seniors. 

Drawing on his own lived experience with psychosocial disability, Sean is sensitive to the challenges people with disability often face when engaging with technology.

Sean offers compassionate, non-judgemental and patient support tailored to the client's pace, needs, and goals. Sean doesn't just fix problems for you - he helps you learn how to fix them and develop skills so that you can grow your confidence and independence.

Support is available for NDIS participants.

Sean can provide support with:

• Computers, iPads, tablets, and smartphones.
• Email, online services and social media.
• Using ChatGPT and other AI tools.
• Finding, installing and using programs/apps.
• Choosing the right devices and Internet plans.
• Setting up smart TVs and other household tech.
• Introduction to electronic music creation.
• Basic tech troubleshooting.
