We Care Community

We Care Community has been running in Goulburn for a few years and has become embedded in the local community. Our participants and staff were engaged in entering creative art exhibits into the Goulburn Ag Show and were delighted at some of the winning entries.  We love to take out our Day Program participants to meet the locals at various cafe's, shops and events held around the place. This extends their social knowledge, contacts and access to community life. 

We Care Community provides a range of NDIS services provided by local passionate and committed staff including; Goulburn Day Program Open 7 days per week; life and social skills development in a safe environment- children (OOSH) and adults with activities connected to NDIS goals.

We are supporting local families with In-home services, supporting daily living skills, community access, transport, SIL, assistance with daily living, personal care and continence assessments with toileting plans for children. Toileting Plans for children who have not yet learned those skills and entering middle school, really can make a difference in the lives including their self-esteem and for their families. A current parent just provided the most amazing feedback with individual feedback about different staff working in our Day Program. This makes me feel like we are heading in the right direction, meeting needs and more importantly making a difference.
