About Us

Ballina Coast parkrun is a beautiful one lap course run in a clockwise direction following the Richmond River shoreline. Starting in the south eastern corner of Missingham Park. From the starting point participants run west along the path towards the Ballina Swimming Pool reaching the turnaround point and continuing back along the course, veering to the left along the path as you approach the start/finish line behind the skate park and over Missingham Bridge. Veering right at the second pathway over the bridge and continuing out to the marine watchtower turnaround point. Retracing your steps down toward Missingham Bridge. After crossing the bridge follow the pathway past the skate park and turn left back across the finish line Facilities Toilets (disabled toilets), undercover areas, bubblers, playground, skate park. Parking is available at Missingham Park and along Bentinck Street, along the Serpentines or in car parking down Park street. Getting There Location of startThe run starts in the south eastern corner of Missingham Park. Getting there by public transportPublic buses are unavailable at this time. Getting there on footFrom the city centre head south towards the Richmond River upon reaching the walkway follow East along the river bank onto the Kerry Saxby walkway to Missingham Park. Getting there by roadTravelling from town centre, follow River street east and onto Kingsford smith drive to Missingham Park on your right. Parking is available at Missingham Park or alternatively along Bentinck street. Post Run Coffee Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee in a local café - please come and join us!
