Open to everyone in the community—adults, children and young people—providing practical tools to help you recognise and respond to mental health challenges in yourself or someone close to you.
Sessions can be tailored and are available for students, teachers, parents, workplaces and community groups anywhere within a 200km radius of Perth or online across WA.
