About Us
Our service aims to
-Help young people reduce or cease harmful sexual behaviour
-Support the overall wellbeing of young people
-Strengthen parents' and caregivers' understanding and ability to respond to harmful sexual behaviour; and
-Promote safety for the young person and for others
Who we support
Our service accepts referrals for young people who are:
-High school age (12-18 years)
-Have displayed concerning to serious/extreme harmful sexual behaviours toward others or themselves
-Resides in the Peel, South Metropolitan or South-East Metropolitan corridor of the Perth region; and
-Have not been convicted of a sexual offence
Referrals that do not meet these criteria may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on circumstances, need and service capacity.
Children and young people living in the Peel region that are below high school age or have displayed less concerning sexualised behaviours may be eligible for support through Allambee’s other services.
Location
We are based at the Peel Health Hub in Mandurah – 91 Allnutt Street, Mandurah, which is accessible by public transport, being close to the Mandurah Train Station.
Accessing the Service
We welcome self-referrals from caregivers and families, as well as schools, health services, community groups or other agencies.
Caregivers and families can contact Allambee directly to refer a young person.
Service providers/agencies can refer clients using the Turning Tides Referral Form available through Allambee reception.
