Disability Employment Services

The National Panel of Assessors (NPA) is part of the Department of Social Services' Disability Employment Services and provides a range of assessment services. At IMPACT Community Services, our team of Allied Health Professionals conduct assessments across the majority of the Employment Service Areas in Queensland. They determine the level of support an employee requires in the workplace. Assessments conducted: 

• SWS (Supported Wage System): support for employees with a disability who are not able to perform jobs at the same capacity as any employee.
• Ongoing Support Assessment (OSA): support for an employee with a disability to maintain ongoing employment.
