About This Community
The state electorate of Fremantle has an approximate area of 44 km².
It is comprised of the suburbs of Beaconsfield, East Fremantle, Fremantle, North Coogee, Palmyra, Rottnest Island, South Fremantle and White Gum Valley plus parts of Coogee, Hamilton Hill and Spearwood.
It is comprised of the council of East Fremantle plus parts of Cockburn, Fremantle and Melville.
It is surrounded by the state electorates of Alfred Cove, Cockburn, Cottesloe and Willagee.
It is within the federal electorate of Fremantle.
