It is comprised of the suburbs of Abbotsford, Burnley, Clifton Hill, Collingwood, Cremorne, Fitzroy and Richmond plus parts of Fitzroy North.
It is within the council of Yarra City.
It is surrounded by the state electorates of Brunswick, Hawthorn, Kew, Malvern, Melbourne, Northcote and Prahran.
It is comprised of parts of the federal electorates of Batman and Melbourne.
