It is comprised of the suburb of Wantirna South plus parts of Boronia, Ferntree Gully, Knoxfield and Wantirna.
It is within the council of Knox City.
It is surrounded by the state electorates of Bayswater, Forest Hill, Monbulk, Mount Waverley and Rowville.
It is comprised of parts of the federal electorates of Aston and La Trobe.
