About This Community
The state electorate of Kurrajong has an approximate area of 300 km².
It is comprised of 35 suburbs including Acton, Ainslie, Barton, Beard, Braddon, Campbell, Canberra Airport, Canberra Central, Capital Hill, City, Deakin, Dickson, Downer, Forrest, Fyshwick, Griffith, Hackett, Hume, Jerrabomberra, Kingston, Kowen, Lyneham, Majura, Narrabundah and Oaks Estate.
It is surrounded by the localities of Bungendore, Sutton and Tuggeranong.
It is within the council of Canberra.
It is surrounded by the state electorates of Brindabella, Ginninderra, Monaro, Murrumbidgee and Yerrabi.
It is comprised of parts of the federal electorates of Canberra and Fenner.
